Full Job Description
Reporting directly into senior leadership, you will lead all financial activity for the site, acting as a trusted partner to the Managing Director and leadership team. You ll drive performance, strengthen governance, and deliver commercial insight across a complex manufacturing environment, while leading and developing a high-performing finance team. Key Focus
- Full ownership of site finance, reporting, controls, and compliance
- Strategic business partnering with senior operational leaders
- Budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX, and performance delivery
- Driving cost, margin, cash, and working-capital improvements
- Leading finance transformation, simplification, and efficiency
- Coaching and developing a strong local finance function
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) - Strong technical and commercial finance background
- Trained in a top-tier audit or advisory firm (manufacturing preferred)
- Confident leader with gravitas, influence, and analytical strength
- Ambitious, mobile, and motivated by international progression
