Field Care Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced and motivated part-time Field Care Supervisor to join our friendly team in Sutton. In this role, you'll support and oversee the delivery of high-quality care in the community, ensuring our clients receive compassionate, person-centred support and our care team feel valued and well-led. You'll be responsible for supervising and developing care staff, carrying out spot checks and assessments, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, families, and professionals. Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills are essential. We are seeking a dedicated Field Care Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional care to our clients in the community., As a Field Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered by our care team. You'll support and supervise care staff, conduct assessments and reviews, liaise with families and health professionals, and ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory requirements.,

• Conducting initial assessments, care planning, and regular reviews
• Supervising and mentoring care staff in the field
• Monitoring service delivery and ensuring care is person-centred and of high quality
• Acting as the first point of contact for care staff and clients in the community
• Supporting recruitment, induction, and ongoing training of care staff
• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and company policies
  
  NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
• Experience in domiciliary care or a similar care setting
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, If you are a compassionate, motivated individual with a commitment to quality care, we would love to hear from you., NVQ Level 3 or above (or working towards)
• Minimum 5 years experience in care
