Family and Systemic Psychotherapist

Join us at Marlborough House Adolescent Unit in Swindon, part of Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist to deliver specialist systemic therapy for young people with complex mental health needs. Our inpatient unit is set in a calming environment with access to outdoor spaces, supporting therapeutic work that values connection with nature as part of recovery., + Provide specialist systemic assessments and interventions for young people, families, and carers. + Work autonomously in assessment, treatment planning, and discharge. + Offer consultation and supervision to colleagues and trainees, promoting systemic thinking across the team. + Contribute to risk assessment and management in a multidisciplinary setting. + Deliver training and live supervision to staff and support service development. + Engage in audit, research, and evaluation to improve outcomes., We hope that the advert has given you a clear understanding of the skills we are seeking and the opportunity at hand.
