The role of Family Hub Engagement Practitioner involves working with families and children aged 0-25 years, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will work with children and families within the ASDAT pathway and you will need to have relevant experience of working with children and Young people with SEND, and their families. This experience is crucial for supporting families to access the services and intervention they need. You will deliver universal and targeted Family Hubs and Start for Life activities to enable families to meet their full potential. Alongside a Level 3 qualification or substantial experience in a relevant field and will need to evidence that you have relevant experience of working with children, young people and their families. Your communication skills, flexible approach and flair for building relationships will really set you apart. You will have an understanding of safeguarding and be able to adhere to safeguarding policy.
