  • About the Post: We are pleased to be advertising 2 Facilities Operatives roles with our Facilities Management Service. The Facilities Operative will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team assisting in the provision of efficient and confidential admin, mail, support, and reception service, work as part of a team maintaining the provision of a telephone and e-mail contact service, covering the broad range of FM services, including providing advice, guidance, and information to customers to ensure an effective and efficient, friendly, and courteous, high quality customer support service, plan and prioritise own workload and using own initiative to agreed schedules respond to any new priorities and deputise in relation to all building matters, undertake regular Health and Safety checks, risk assessments and workplace inspections in relation to the premises, identifying issues or concerns. Providing Fire Warden Support and deputising as a Fire Marshall ensuring all fire log records are maintained and record and monitor repairs and changes within buildings, and assist in carrying out risk assessments as required, ensuring that external contractors are working safely and within the Policy and Procedures of the building.
