Full Job Description
We are currently recruiting for multiple Façade Operatives to join a long-term restoration project on a high-rise commercial building. Working as part of a professional team, you will be involved in specialist external cleaning and restoration works. Responsible for:
- Restoration cleaning of external façade and cladding surfaces
- Cleaning and restoration of aluminium façade systems
- Removal of environmental contamination and staining
- Surface preparation of aluminium cladding and window systems
Previous cradle / BMU experience preferred - Valid CSCS card
- IPAF (beneficial)
- Working at height experience preferred
- SAEMA certification beneficial
- Must have a clear understanding of English language
- Comfortable working at significant height This role is ideally suited to a reliable and hard-working operative looking to secure consistent work on a long-term London contract.
