Full Job Description
Working closely with the Director of Governance and acting as the principal's right hand, you'll:
Be the gatekeeper and primary liaison between the principal and key internal/external stakeholders.
Own and manage a complex diary: from high-level meetings to national travel itineraries.
Draft communications, prepare briefing notes, and ensure the principal is always one step ahead.
Coordinate high-level leadership meetings, record actions, and track delivery against key milestones.
Lead on internal events including College development days and awards ceremonies.
Provide crucial admin support during Ofsted inspections and external stakeholder visits.
