Full Job Description
The Trust is looking for a dynamic forward thinking Capital Projects Estates Officer role to undertake the delivery and project management of capital estates schemes from minor works values through to multi-million-pound projects. This includes all schemes within the Trust's Capital Programme, and that schemes are completed on time, within budget and to the right quality to meet the Trusts needs and objectives., The post holder will be responsible for providing specialist advice for all building aspects of projects undertaken by the Estates & Facilities Directorate. This will include confirmation of project feasibility, production of detailed design drawings and specifications, procurement including preparation of contract documentation, control of the contractor day to day throughout the construction, commissioning and evaluation. Also, to provide building advice and briefing information to facilitate the implementation of projects managed by external design consultants.
