Planning and delivering engaging English lessons tailored to a range of learning abilities.
- Adapting the curriculum to meet the needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Supporting students with Autism, SEMH, communication needs, and learning difficulties.
- Creating a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Tracking pupil progress and contributing to EHCP targets and reviews.
- Working closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and wider support staff., Competitive daily rate of £170 - £223 per day.
- Long-term, stable placement in a specialist SEN school.

Are you a passionate and adaptable English Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity within a specialist SEN setting?, We are currently working in partnership with a supportive SEN school in Speke that is seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher to join their team from September. This is a full-time, long-term position ongoing until the end of the academic year, offering stability and the chance to make a real impact on the lives of young people with additional needs., Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching English at secondary level (SEN experience desirable).
- A strong understanding of differentiation and inclusive teaching strategies.
- A patient, resilient, and flexible approach to teaching.
- Excellent behaviour management and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting learners with additional needs.
Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Daily pay: £170 - £223 per day
