Full Job Description

This role will also manage areas of the Staff Appreciation and Recognition Scheme, including delivering the staff awards scheme. The post will be responsible for coordinating annual events including road shows, Team Royal Devon week, and the staff awards celebration ceremony. The role will also manage the staff benefits schemes throughout the Trust and further develop schemes available to colleagues. We are happy to consider part-time applications and support a flexible working pattern.
