The successful Teaching Assistant will be committed to supporting pupil's learning and to help pupils surpass their expectations. High View School have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, dedicated and creative Teaching Assistant, to join our outstanding team and make a difference in children's lives. The successful Teaching Assistant will be enthusiastic, a good team player and committed to supporting the learning of pupils. This position will be working in Year 5/6.,

• Have experience of working within a primary school
• Can build relationships with and nurture pupils to enable positive educational outcomes
• Experience implementing positive behaviour strategies
• GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English grade C/4 or above
• Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to working
• NVQ2/3 or equivalent or working towards the qualification is desirable
