We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated ECT) to join our team from September 2026. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development, planning engaging activities, and fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
• Observe, assess, and track children's progress and development.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain excellent standards of care and education.
• Promote safeguarding and child welfare at all times.
  
  Qualified Early Childhood Teacher Status (ECT) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for early years education.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
