Location ref: Droylsden, Tameside

Supporting pupils with complex needs, including Autism, communication difficulties, and learning disabilities.
Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning plans.
Assisting with personal care needs where required.
Implementing EHCP targets and specialist support strategies.
Supporting pupils' emotional regulation, engagement, and social development.
Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals.

Previous experience working with children with SEN, ideally within a complex needs or specialist setting.
A calm, patient, and resilient approach.
Experience supporting pupils with Autism, PMLD, or significant learning needs (desirable).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
