Full Job Description
You'll take responsibility for the operation during your shift, leading teams and coordinating all areas of the business. This includes:
- Overseeing daily operations across La Familia
- Leading shifts, including opening and closing procedures
- Acting as the central point of coordination between guest experience, F&B, retail and events
- Running daily briefings and aligning teams on priorities
- Monitoring guest flow, queues and overall service standards
- Handling guest queries and resolving issues professionally
- Leading during busy periods and managing operational challenges or disruptions
- Supporting events, private dining and premium experiences
- Coaching and supporting team members to maintain high standards
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, food safety and licensing regulations
- Monitoring performance, supporting sales opportunities and maintaining efficiency across shifts You'll be visible on the floor, leading by example and ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all areas.
- Experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor or Assistant Manager role
- Background in hospitality, leisure or a visitor attraction environment
- Confident leading teams in fast-paced, high-volume settings
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- A hands-on, proactive approach to leadership
- Good understanding of health & safety and operational standards
