Full Job Description
Join HomeServe as a Drainage Engineer and play a vital role in keeping our customers' homes running smoothly., As a Drainage Engineer, you'll be working in customer's homes diagnosing and resolving drainage issues. Your day-to-day will include:
- Clearing blockages using high-pressure water jetting (HPWJ) equipment
- Investigating drainage problems and identifying root causes
- Carrying out repairs to domestic drainage systems
- Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service
- Representing HomeServe in customers' homes with professionalism and care
HPWJ (High Pressure Water Jetting) ticket - Experience working in drainage
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on site
- A positive, proactive approach to your work
Salary: £37,220 - £41,810 (depending on experience) + £1,500 guaranteed bonus in your first year - Hours: You will average 40 hours per week (including evenings, weekends and bank holidays), This is a field-based role where no two days are the same, giving you variety and autonomy in your work.
