Director of Operations

Percival are excited to be working exclusively with Papworth Trust to help them recruit for a new Director of Operations to join their amazing team. The post holder will manage the CQC registered care services, day opportunity services and work services across Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex., The post holder will be an effective member of the Executive Team, working collaboratively with the Chief Executive, Board and colleagues to lead on the development, quality, delivery and sustainable growth of the Trust’s CQC registered Care services ,Day Opportunities and Work services.
They are looking for someone who has managed CQC registered care services and can inspire and motivate others to deliver quality services.. The ideal candidate will have good experience and understanding of disability and have worked to continuously improve services.
