Digital Learning Designer

We are seeking a talented and innovative Digital Learning Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective digital learning experiences that meet the needs of a diverse audience. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement online courses and training resources. Your expertise in instructional design and knowledge of e-learning technologies will be essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational content.
Your primary duties will include conducting needs assessments to identify gaps in learning, designing interactive and visually appealing learning modules, and utilizing various multimedia elements to enhance the learner's experience. You will also be expected to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and assessments, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Proficiency in authoring tools, learning management systems, and graphic design software is essential for this position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design principles, a passion for digital learning, and excellent communication skills. A degree in instructional design, education, or a related field, along with experience in e-learning development, is preferred.
