What You'll Do:

• Lead the design and delivery of a future-focused learning and development offer
• Shape and embed a positive organisational culture and change mindset
• Drive strategic equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives across the Council
• Work closely with senior leaders to deliver major change and transformation programmes
• Develop innovative approaches to leadership, engagement and talent development
• Use evidence, insight and data to evaluate impact and drive continuous improvement
  
  A confident leader with strong relationship-building and influencing skills
• Experience in learning, organisational development, or cultural change within a complex organisation
• Proven commitment and leadership in equality, diversity and inclusion
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with experience in leading through change
• A people-focused mindset, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative approach
  
  Who You'll Lead:You'll head up a passionate, multidisciplinary team including Development & Change Consultants, EDI specialists and L&D facilitators. Together, you'll make a measurable difference in the organisation's development journey. Hybrid Working:We offer a flexible hybrid working model.   Grade K | Salary: £54,971 - £58,261 per annum (pro-rata for part-time), competitive salary you will have access to:
