Full Job Description
You'll lead on design projects, working alongside colleagues in the Experience & Service Design team and in collaboration with global cross-functional teams. You'll help us to champion customer experience, designing experiences to support the continued development and growth of new and established products and services for the English Product Group.,
- initiating, planning and executing design activities to provide deliverables from concept to implementation stages
- leading user experience research projects, identifying and acting on findings
- establishing and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment of solutions with business strategies
- demonstrating a human-centred design approach in all aspects of work
- contributing to the development of a highly collaborative and effective design team, aligning to and promoting our strategy This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location.
