Deputy Pastoral Head of Year (fixed term until 31.12.26)

We are looking for someone who can proactively support the Head of Year to lead, plan and deliver individual pathways; has high expectations, and will support the targeted intervention and tracking of our most vulnerable students, ensuring they make good or better progress. You must be willing to model and support the Oasis ethos.

We are a secondary school in Oldham, Greater Manchester that are dedicated to supporting our young people to reach their potential. This is a fixed-term position which is term time only including INSET Days, Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (1x 15:30 finish per week). The end date of this role is 31.12.26.
