Full Job Description

Here at the Goulding's Resource Centre in Freshwater we are seeking a full-time Deputy Manager to join our team and support our mission of delivering exceptional short-term bed-based support to the Island.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in assisting our Registered Manager to ensure the service we provide remains compliant, resilient, and person focussed. To succeed, you will bring significant experience in the Health and Social Care sector and a strong understanding of CQC requirements. Your approach to service delivery will exhibit creativity, intuition, method and organisation. This role demands someone who excels in achieving positive outcomes for both those using, and working within, our service while showcasing exceptional management and leadership capabilities.
