Full Job Description
You will support the Head of Department and provide strategic direction and innovative solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and academic excellence within the department. Championing the development and implementation of cutting-edge educational practices and technologies to enhance learner engagement and achievement. The Deputy Head will mentor and empower a team of staff to excel in their roles, supporting the Head of Department, while cultivating an environment that encourages professional growth and collaboration.
You will be a qualified teacher with demonstrable experience of delivering outstanding teaching, with experience of continuous quality improvement and internal quality assurance. Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
