Key duties include:
+ Generate accurate invoices from completed Job Sheets, following customer Service Level Agreements
+ Welcome walk-in customers and provide helpful, friendly service every time
+ Check Job Sheets for accuracy and completion, chasing up any missing information
+ Support the Site Manager and wider team in achieving sales, profit, and service targets
+ Log and assign customer call-outs to Technicians using their tablets
+ Order consumables in line with policies and health & safety standards
+ Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally, delivering a high level of customer service
