Deli Chef

This is an exciting, permanent, and full-time opportunity reporting to the Lead chef on site. The role will assume responsibility for deli/salad food production, supporting both the retail operation and kitchen team daily.,

• Preparing sandwiches, paninis and salads etc. Serving customers, taking till card payments, and keeping accurate records.
• Receiving and putting out deliveries, restocking goods and ensuring attractive displays of merchandise
• Following food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements.
• Checking all food is compliant with allergens and Natasha's law.
• Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence.
• Checking, probing, and signing of all food deliveries, stock ordering, stock taking and maintaining kitchen records.
• Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries.
• Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.

  This is a full-time position, 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday, leaving your evenings and weekends free - a rarity when you work within culinary/hospitality.
