Full Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead on the strategic and operational management of our 'Children's Homes and supported accommodation' service in North Tyneside.

Reporting directly to the Assistant Director Safeguarding and Childrens Services, the Senior Manager will play a key role in driving forward the development of our Childrens homes and supported accommodation, whilst working with the registered managers and the rest of the senior management team to ensure that children and families have the best possible outcomes.

Our residential and supported living provision has grown over recent years and we have ambitious plans to work in partnership with young people and their families to ensure their voices are heard.

We are looking for a passionate senior leader who can inspire others and promote the importance of continuous professional development in themselves and their teams.

We want to work with likeminded people who care most about children and young people getting the right help, at the right time.

The Senior Manager will be an experienced and qualified professional with extensive knowledge of legislations, processes and frameworks relating to Children's services within Local Government.
