Our Telematics team is expanding in line with our ambition to be the Best and Biggest digital insurer in the UK, and with this growth in mind, we have an exciting opportunity for a curious, creative and data-driven character to dive into Telematics Pricing What you'll do: With a supportive, determined and driven team around you, your job is to influence and innovate in our decision making. Everything we do starts and ends with our data, so whether it's by drawing insights from it, exploring new ways of how we use it, or finding value in more that we can add to it, you'll be up close and personal with the work that makes a direct impact on the day-to-day success of the business. A day in the life might involve:

  • Perusing our reports for a lead that you can chase down.
  • Collaborating with other areas of our department to bring a new data source to life.
  • Owning and sharing your ideas at an executive level, making real change.
  • Discussing your novel insurance insights to update our processes.
  • Supporting junior analysts in their work for development together.

    we're looking for people who are comfortable and confident with numerical and statistical information, that are able to explain what they are seeing with a range of detail.
  • You'll need some experience that we can translate into insurance, and we'd love it if you knew your way around an analytical programming environment, whether that be Python, R or any other language/toolkit that you use to find solutions.
  • Whilst the technical skills to yield results are a vital element of your skillset, we get excited when we see you get excited. We want you to take the initiative, be accountable and honest for the approaches you take and most importantly be passionate about the work you do.
