Full Job Description

  • To run regular (daily / weekly) scheduled reports

  • To support the Section Manager and Graduate with the overall reporting improvement plan

  • Create new Salesforce (customer case management platform) reports and dashboards to monitor all customer case related data

  • Purchasing portal administration and budget sheet maintenance

  • Daily back office email inbox management

    The apprentice will support the Customer Service Section Manager and Customer Service Graduate primarily with regular reporting and data analysis, with the opportunity to input to the reporting transformation plan. This role will require a team player who will contribute positively and efficiently to the daily operations of customer services., Level 2 functional skills in maths and English (if required)

  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
