- Attend and carry out roadside repairs
- Report orally or in writing on the vehicles condition
- Observe, recognise and report on vehicle defects or symptoms of failure
- Repair or replace in line with manufacturer instruction
- Continually develop and maintain product knowledge
Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance/City & Guilds - Experience working on HGV's
