We are looking for a professional who is passionate in early intervention and experienced promoting children, young people and caregiver mental health., We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Coordinator dedicated to improving the mental health of children and young people. The post-holder will play a key role in Cheshire MHST, providing clinical leadership and coordinating service delivery alongside Clinical and Operational Leads.The successful candidate will have substantial experience working with children, young people, parents/carers and families, strong multi-agency working skills, sound knowledge of relevant policy and legislation and excellent communication abilities.Core duties include:o Leading day-to-day clinical practice to ensure safe, effective, evidence-based deliveryo Overseeing clinical governance, including risk management, safeguarding, incidents and quality assuranceo Supporting complex cases and risk escalationso Providing clinical, case management and reflective supervision to EMHPs, CWPs and traineeso Managing triage, allocation and caseload flow for timely interventionso Acting as the key clinical link for
schools, 0-18 CYPMHS, safeguarding teams and local partnerso Supporting schools with MHST pathways, referrals and intervention options and strengthening collaborationo Contributing to service improvement, audits and evaluationo Using data and feedback to improve access, outcomes and experienceo Supporting innovation in digital delivery and screening

o Providing specialist assessments, formulations and professional consultation to schools and agencies
