Full Job Description
- Preparing correspondence to cover issues such as access, delay in works, changing/adding works and resolving issues
- Dealing with residents' complaints and issues, either via email, phone, or visits to their home
- Collecting KPIs upon work completion, and logging the results
- Arranging appointments for workers and subcontractors where necessary
- Building good relationships with the residents, DBS check will be carried out on your behalf at the companies expense

- Driving license is essential
- Strong face-to-face customer service experience

Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 - Hours - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1hr for lunch)
