Customer Services and Admissions Assistant

The Trafford and Stockport College Group (TSCG) is seeking an experienced Customer Services & Admissions Assistant to join the help and contribute to our vision of unlocking potential for successful futures., We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Customer Services and Admissions Assistant to support and enhance the application process at Trafford College Group. You must have previous experience of working in a busy environment, dealing with a range of applications and queries.
About you

You will be responsible for handling enquiries, triaging applications against applicant grades, making offers, setting up interviews and liaising with curriculum teams across sites to ensure applicants progress smoothly through their journey.In addition the post holder also provides support to the main reception desk and will be required to work evenings with notice to ensure the business needs of our current students and applicants are met.

In certain cases, it may be appropriate to appoint to a higher point in the pay grade at the discretion of the People & Culture Director due to the candidate’s current salary, experience or qualifications.
