Combining compassionate communication with expert product knowledge, you will provide the advice and guidance that ensures our customers get the support they need.

Course: Customer service practitioner (level 2)
Level: 2
Route: Sales, marketing and procurement
Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate
Working Arrangements
Working Week: Apprentices will working in shifts that total 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (typically every other weekend)
Expected Duration: 12 Months
