Role Overview: The Corporate Administrator will be responsible for performing a variety of the company's support duties. Working collaboratively with our HR, Recruitment and Training Departments. Your role is to provide a cohesive approach to aid Keyfort Group in our efforts to recruit, process and train our future workforce. Suitable candidates for the role will be well-organised, proactive, adaptable and resilient. They must be consistent, an effective communicator, be tolerant, honest and reliable at all times, flexible and considerate to the needs of those they are working with and, those receiving a service from them. Suitable candidates will need to demonstrate that they able to manage relationships with our corporate teams, completing timely and effective administrative functions. They must be able to work positively at all times with members of each Team. Suitable candidates would be expected to deliver against our core values. Our Corporate functions and associated duties include, but are not limited to the following: HR & Onboarding

  • To onboard new staff members including issuing offer letters, paperwork and contracts of employment
  • Complete staff clearance including adding employees to our online system, verifying work history, securing references and applying for the DBS
  • To monitor training completion by applicants
  • Support the HR function with audits and general admin as needed
  • Ensure all employees have the correct qualifications for their role
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with the ops teams to update them on staff clearance
  • Recruitment
  • To support with advertising vacancies adhering to the Recruitment Service Level Agreement.
  • To ensure that all applications are saved on the company SharePoint and logged.
  • To support with shortlisted applicants and invite to interview and provide all associated paperwork.
  • To provide all necessary paperwork to the recruiting manager prior to interview including application forms, CV's and interview questions.
  • To communicate with Operational Teams regarding interview outcomes.
  • To archive recruitment documents in line with GDPR.
  • General Admin Duties
  • Support the finance team with running reports, audits, data entry and dealing with payroll queries
  • Work with the rota coordinator to confirm sessions to support with accurate staff pay
  • Support the ops team with general administration at times of high workload
  • To adhere at all times to the company's confidentiality requirements in relation to Service Users and staff as detailed within the confidentiality policy.
  • Maintain all required administration systems and work within all company set policies & procedures as detailed within your employee handbook.
  • Act in a professional manner at all times and that promotes the company's high quality reputation and integrity.
  • To be responsible for your own transport arrangements for accessing you designated place of work, inclusive of necessary insurance, MOT and tax for this type of work and usage.
  • Maintain a professional image at all times, being respectful to Service Users, families and any associated professional affiliate.
  • To work in an anti discriminatory manner mindful of the values, customs and spiritual beliefs of the individual.
  • You are required to lead by example in your behaviour and all interactions whilst working for Keyfort Group.
  • To undertake any other duties & training as directed to do so in order to meet the requirements of the role.

    Hours: Flexible,we can offer between 25 and 30 hours per week. Working patterns will be discussed at interview to understand your availability and agree a suitable schedule. Hours are worked Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm, across either 5 or 6 hour shifts per day. This role also includes hybrid working, with Tuesday and Thursday designated as office-based days.
