We're looking for an enthusiastic and committed Cook-in-Charge to lead the catering service at Ysgol Betws yn Rhos, delivering nutritious, high-quality meals that support the wellbeing of pupils, staff, and visitors.

The main duties of the post will include: -
1. Organise, prepare and serve food at lunchtime for the students, staff and visitors of Ysgol
Betws yn Rhos.
2. Provide on the job training for new cooks and colleagues.
3. Cooking the meals required, portion control, food service, ordering, washing up and cleaning of
kitchen and dining room.
4. Be prepared to undergo appropriate training and development (sometimes outside normal
working days/hours by prior arrangement) i.e. Intermediate Food Hygiene and Basic Nutrition.
5. Associated clerical duties.
