Are you a people person with a calm, empathetic approach? Join our growing team in Biggleswade as a Contact Centre Agent, where you'll play a key role in supporting customers with their accounts and payments - always with a respectful, solutions-focused approach.,

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails relating to payments and account queries
  • Support customers with missed payments, offering practical and non-judgmental solutions
  • Clearly explain payment options, next steps, and responsibilities
  • Identify vulnerable customers and escalate appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records and work in line with industry regulations
  • Contribute positively to the team and deliver a great customer experience

    Previous experience in customer service, call centres, or collections is preferred
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • A calm, respectful, and empathetic approach to customer interactions
  • Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Confidence using IT systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools

    Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
  • Up to 10% annual performance bonus
