Full Job Description

Applications are invited for the post of Consultant Urological Surgeon with an interest in core urology and an opportunity to develop their own speciality to fit in with the department's needs. This is a substantive post starting initially with 10 PA,within the Department of Urology at The Manchester University Foundation Trust (MFT).This post is available with immediate effect., The department is looking for a consultant with the right attributes to join one of the largest Urology teams in the country. The successful candidate will be expected to have trained & be competent in all aspects of general urology. Experience in diagnostics such as urodynamics and trans-perineal prostate biopsies would be desirable. The trust also performs a large number of TURBTs and ureteroscopies. The candidate will be expected to support & develop a subspecialist interest that aligns with these services.
