Full Job Description
This position is ideal for someone with experience in care delivery who is ready to take on a role focused on ensuring the highest compliance and care quality standards. As a Compliance Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring alerts from our care system
- Reviewing carers' notes to ensure they meet quality and regulatory standards.
- Proactively addressing gaps in care delivery in collaboration with staff.
- Effectively escalating issues to the appropriate personnel when needed.
- Ensuring strict adherence to CQC regulations and compliance standards.
- Conducting follow-ups on outstanding matters and documenting actions.
- Supporting staff through constructive and professional conversations.
- Promoting best practices across care teams.
- Reviewing written statements
- Developing action plans in line with audit findings to drive continuous improvement. The above is not an exhaustive list of duties
- Additionally, you'll have opportunities to shadow colleagues in the community to strengthen quality assurance, align policy with practice, and foster open communication. This hands-on approach promotes trust and teamwork, ensuring the highest care standards for our customers., As a Compliance Administrator Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience while studying for your Level 3 qualification in Business Administration. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring alerts from our care system and identifying issues requiring action.
- Assisting in addressing and resolving gaps in care delivery.
- Escalating urgent issues to relevant team members promptly and accurately.
- Supporting the compliance team in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure alerts are actioned effectively and efficiently.
- Conducting follow-ups to ensure alert-related actions are completed. You'll receive mentorship and guidance to help you develop the skills required for compliance administration, including a focus on using alert monitoring systems, regulatory compliance, and effective communication.,
- Efficiently allocate care workers to client visits, ensuring continuity of care and matching the required skills and locations.
- Maintain regular communication with care workers, offering support, guidance, and timely resolution of queries.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Accurately complete and update all necessary documentation and systems.
- Handle confidential matters with professionalism and integrity.
- Provide compassionate, empathetic, and individualized support to clients., Supporting people in the local community to live independently at home.
- Support customers with their day to day routine;
- Assisting with personal care such as showering, bathing, continence care
- Helping with mobility
- Administering medication,
- Preparing meals
- Light domestic tasks

- Experience: Background in the care sector is desirable but not essential.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with CQC regulations, Fundamental Standards and Person-Centred Plans.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with technology: Competent to use various computer systems.

- Proficiency in computer use and strong office administration skills.
- A professional, caring, and non-judgmental approach, acting with kindness and respect.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure., Relevant health and social care certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or above).
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
