Full Job Description
We're looking for a calm, kind and reliable Female Waking Night Care Assistant to support a customer with complex care needs in their own home in the Crantock area.
This is a waking night role where your presence really matters. You'll provide attentive care, reassurance and practical support throughout the night, helping the customer feel safe, comfortable and settled at home.
You'll be supported by our local team and overseen by our Registered Nurse. Previous care experience is essential, and specialist training will be provided so you feel confident in the care you deliver.

You must have previous care experience and the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities
As a Waking Night Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing waking night support in the customer's home
Supporting with personal care in a dignified and respectful way
Monitoring comfort and wellbeing throughout the night
Supporting with PEG feeds and suctioning, once trained
Helping with repositioning and comfort, where needed
Following care plans and keeping clear records
Being a calm, reliable and reassuring presence
