Complex Care Assistant

As a Sonderwell Complex Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in school. This role requires a reliable individual who is not only compassionate and patient but also able to drive. You'll be part of a supportive team that provides ongoing training and development to help you meet the complex needs of your client and offer them the life they choose. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child's life, assisting them in their everyday activities and providing personalized care., You'll support your client by meeting their unique needs. From helping them through daily routines to providing support during medical appointments, your role will be as diverse as the person you care for. You'll assist with a variety of physical aspects, ensuring the comfort and safety of the child under your care. The role involves complex care tasks, including tracheostomy care, oral, tracheal, and nasopharyngeal suctioning, enteral feeding, oxygen therapy, and PEG feeding.
