Community Team Manager

Ensure safe, effective, person-centred care is delivered Oversee caseload management and service delivery standards Monitor clinical practice and ensure adherence to guidelines/policies Respond to incidents, complaints, and safeguarding concerns Manage day-to-day running of the service Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and outcomes Ensure efficient use of resources Coordinate rotas, cover arrangements, and service capacity

o Significant experience in mental health practice and multi-disciplinary team working.
o Evidence of service development and leadership within a mental health setting.
o Excellent communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.
o A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
o The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, upholding the Trust's values.
o The ability to mentor students, upholding all our codes of practice
