Full Job Description

Make a real difference in peoples lives by supporting them at the most important time. Marie Curie is looking for a compassionate Community Healthcare Assistant to provide high-quality end-of-life care to patients in their own homes across West Kent. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver personalised, dignified care and emotional support to patients and those important to them.,

  • Provide high-quality personal and end-of-life care in a community setting
  • Support patients with daily living activities, comfort and wellbeing
  • Build compassionate relationships with patients, families and carers
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
