Do you believe in Bedworth? We do.

We are looking for a passionate, engaging and people focused Community Engagement Worker to reach into the heart of Bedworth's neighbourhoods and help us strengthen community spirit, pride and connection. Through the national Pride in Place programme, Believe in Bedworth is bringing residents, businesses, community groups and partners together to shape long term investment and real, visible change in the town-putting local people at the centre of every decision.

This is a hands on, community facing role for someone who thrives on building relationships, listening to voices that aren't always heard, and turning ideas into action. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and delivering events, workshops and local engagement activity, helping us change the fabric of Bedworth by making it more inclusive, connected and vibrant. If you are driven by community impact, confident working with people from all walks of life, and want to help shape the town's future from the ground up, this is your opportunity.
