Full Job Description
The Clinical Nurse Specialist will: Facilitate the assessment, planning and delivery of a consistently high standard of specialist palliative care. Support the co-ordination and day to day management of the service in order to ensure a consistently high standard of service provision. Foster good working relationships and communicate with members of the Salford multi-disciplinary team, other healthcare professional and users of the service to ensure the delivery of high standards of effective specialist palliative care. Support service development opportunities. Act in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council Code to Conduct. Demonstrate the core competencies of a CNS in palliative care:
- Clinical

- Audit and Research
