Commercial Sales Executive

Reporting to the General Sales manager, we are looking for an experienced highly motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service, to join our team at our brand-new Kia Commercial Dealership in Eastbourne.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting new venture, where you'll work closely with our General Sales Manager and gain invaluable hands-on experience at our well-established Ford Commercial Centre as part of your onboarding journey.
In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you'll need resilience, dedication, and a true passion for delivering outstanding customer service. From initial enquiry to final handover, you'll guide customers through every step of their vehicle purchase, ensuring they receive the highest standard of service and support.
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

Identify and encourage potential customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Produce suitable options to the customer and adapt to their buying strategy
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
Liaise with colleagues and other departments to provide seamless service
Other duties as required

Solid and extensive sales experience is essential (preferably within the automotive industry)
Friendly and approachable
Flexible with a positive outlook and a team player
Full driving licence

Hours: 41.5hrs per week - Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 18:00, Saturday 08.30 to 17.00, day off during the week in lieu of Saturday working.
Car: Company vehicle provided
Holiday: 22 days per year + bank holidays
