Full Job Description
ROLE: Commercial Manager - Ministry of Justice HOURS: 40 hours a week LOCATION: Birmingham At Mitie, our people are our greatest strength, and our promise is to create a place to work where you can thrive and be your best every day. We're looking for a Commercial Manager - Ministry of Justice who will support the commercial management of the MoJ North Hard Services Contract. You will help ensure the contract is administered correctly, commercial governance is followed, forecasts are supported with reliable commercial inputs, risks are identified early, and live activity aligns with the assumptions made at bid stage. You will play a central role in protecting contract value, administering change, supporting client relationships, and ensuring commercial information is accurate, timely and reliable. This role is suitable for someone seeking an experienced professional. Role Responsibilities:
- Support commercial activities across the contract(s), ensuring commercial governance, delegated authority requirements and internal controls are followed.
- Provide commercial inputs, including risks, opportunities and change data, into finance-led forecasts and internal reporting cycles.
- Prepare variation pricing, commercial justifications and supporting documentation for approval and agreement.
- Work closely with operational and finance stakeholders to ensure commercial positions are understood and implemented. Required Qualifications:
- FM experience in similar roles
- Understanding of NEC3 contract framework
