Full Job Description
We are looking for a part-time weekend Cocktail Bartender to join our team in Corrochio's Restaurant and Corrochio's Cantina. FRIDAY AND SATURDAY AVAILABILITY ESSENTIAL As well as being able to work late nights (latest 3am). Hours - Part time - We can offer 15-20 hours per week.
- Classic cocktail knowledge
- Experience working in both dispense and service bars
- passionate about making great drinks
- passionate about giving great customer service
- fast at service and possesses a sense of urgency
- attention to detail and keeping standards
- Above all, a friendly comrade who's looking to join a hospitality team who love what they do.
- Some one with knowledge of (or keen to learn about!) native Mexican spirits & cuisine
£16.5-£17 p/h minimum (this is inclusive of holiday pay and TRONC) Plus additional service charge and tips. Staff food on shift 40% staff discount on food and drink for you +1 Plenty of tequila to keep you going Activations, training, and events incliuding staff socials, takeovers and training in other venues.
