Full Job Description

Case management - pre litigation and litigated work Conducting or assisting on claims or other work Drafting pleadings and advice Advocacy / attending court Adhering to internal and client SLAs and KPIs Supervision and mentoring Client relationship management Business development Client secondments MI completion Achieving operational targets This list is not intended to be exhaustive and you will be expected to perform other duties and have other responsibilities that fall within the wider remit of your role.

You will be a qualified solicitor. We are also looking for the following:

  • Clinical negligence defendant experience
  • Knowledge of CPR and solid claims handling experience
  • Strong technical ability
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills
  • Analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills
  • Good time management
  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy
