Full Job Description
We are recruiting a Clinical Governance Lead to provide expert advice and support to Borough and Clinical Directors, Service Managers and Heads of Service, on patient safety, clinical effectiveness and quality of care delivered; with a particular emphasis on ensuring incidents and patient feedback are reported, reviewed and learning shared in accordance with best practice., To support a dynamic portfolio of clinical governance, patient safety and patient feedback services to deliver the West London NHS Trust Quality and Patient Safety Strategy, and adhere to related policies and statutory expectations.
As well as working in a corporate and integrated way within the larger Clinical Governance Team, the post holder will be responsible for providing expert patient safety and patient experience support to Hammersmith and Fulham Borough mental health services.
The post holder will also be expected to work across borough and services lines, and take the lead on key Trust-wide clinical governance projects, as reasonable circumstances dictate, and as directed by their line manager.
