Key Responsibilities:Hold a caseload of foster carers and provide regular supervision and supportUndertake annual foster carer reviewsAttend and contribute to all associated meetings including LAC reviews, strategy meetings, and placement planning meetingsComplete relevant training and CPDParticipate in fostering panel as requiredMaintain accurate and up-to-date recordsRequirements:Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Work EnglandSignificant post-qualifying experience in fostering services (experience essential)Strong understanding of fostering regulations, safeguarding, and statutory frameworksAbility to manage a complex caseload and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and report-writing skillsAdditional Information:Thursdays are designated office days for all staffDuty days are also office-basedHybrid working pattern available outside of these designated daysSupportive team environment with structured supervisionIf you are a confident and capable fostering
