Reports To: Chief Strategy Officer

Responsibilities
Lead the vision and strategy to embed enjoyment throughout SGS College.
Shape and drive a student-centric culture in all areas of College operations.
Collaborate closely with the College Leadership Team and other departments to implement enjoyment-focused initiatives.
Represent SGS College externally to champion student enjoyment.
Strong background in customer or student experience, ideally within education or a customer-focused sector.
Ability to influence and think strategically at senior level.
Experience working with large student populations and shaping organizational strategy.
